Baristas Inks 5 Location Deal with Phoenix Developer
SEATTLE, Dec. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTCPK: BCCI) announces that it has today signed an agreement with DCB Management Group, L.L.C. to jointly develop five new Baristas Coffee Company locations in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
The joint agreement encompasses all aspects necessary to open and manage the locations including financing, construction, permitting, opening, and ongoing management. The locations will be company owned by Baristas and managed by DCB.
The first location is expected to open in February of 2012 and the other four locations are to open before the end of March 2012.
