Shriram Finance finalises ?3,929 crore stake sale in housing unit to Warburg Pincus

This transaction values Shriram Housing Finance at approximately Rs 14,000 crore. The stake sale is part of Shriram Finance's strategy to streamline its business operations and focus on core areas. Warburg Pincus, through its affiliate Mango Crest Investment Ltd, will acquire the shares, marking a significant investment in the Indian housing finance sector.
