Cocoa Village welcomes Indian cuisine at site of now-closed Murdock's Bistro and Char Bar
- An "indo-fusion" restaurant, housed in the former Murdock's Bistro and Char Bar at 600 Brevard Ave. in Cocoa Village, will open this weekend. Royal Peacock Multi Cuisine will host a soft opening Saturday, with opening offers of 25% off delivery and take-out orders through Dec. 15 advertised on their website.
The historic building in Cocoa Village, previously home to Murdock's Southern Bistro and Indian restaurant, has welcomed two new tenants. The Royal Peacock, an ice cream and coffee shop, has opened its doors, offering a variety of ice cream flavors, coffee, and other treats. Additionally, a new Indian restaurant is set to open in the space formerly occupied by Murdock's, promising to bring authentic Indian cuisine to the area. This transition marks a new chapter for the building, which has been a culinary landmark in Cocoa Village, with the new businesses aiming to attract both locals and tourists with their unique offerings.
