The frontman, 44, nicknamed Bizzy D, and bandmates Jason McCaslin, Dave Baksh, Thomas Thacker, and Frank Zummo, were on their final tour ever, but Australian dates have now been cancelled following Whibley's illness.

The iconic 2000s punk band, Sum 41, has canceled the UK and European leg of their final tour at the last minute due to frontman Deryck Whibley's ongoing battle with pneumonia. The band announced the cancellation with heavy hearts, expressing their disappointment and apologizing to fans for the inconvenience. They are currently working on rescheduling the shows, with new dates to be announced soon. Sum 41 had previously announced their disbandment earlier in the year, making this tour particularly significant as it was intended to be their farewell to fans.
