  • H8te,' the documentary on rising antisemitism post October 7, directed by Wendy Sachs, has been acquired by Briarcliff Entertainment.

Briarcliff Entertainment has acquired the North American rights to the documentary "October H8te," which explores the rise of hate crimes in the United States following the 2016 election of Donald Trump. The film, directed by Jason Sussberg and Zackary Drucker, features interviews with individuals who have experienced hate crimes, as well as experts and activists discussing the societal impact of increased hate speech and actions. The documentary aims to shed light on the personal stories behind the statistics, highlighting the human cost of political rhetoric and the urgent need for societal change. "October H8te" is set to be released in theaters and on demand on June 28, 2024.
