This caution comes in the wake of Omondi's recent visit to Kisii County, where he faced hostility from local leaders and residents. Namuar emphasized the importance of respecting local customs and leadership, stating that any unannounced visits could be perceived as disrespectful and might lead to confrontations. He suggested that Omondi should coordinate with the local government to ensure his safety and to foster a positive interaction with the community. This warning reflects broader tensions between public figures and local governance regarding the protocols of visiting different regions in Kenya.
