Tim McGraw has withdrawn from the upcoming drama series "1883: The Bass Reeves Story" due to a necessary surgical procedure. The series, a spin-off of "Yellowstone," focuses on the life of Bass Reeves, the first Black deputy U.S. marshal west of the Mississippi. McGraw, who was set to star alongside David Oyelowo, had to step back from the project to undergo surgery, though the specifics of the medical procedure were not disclosed. His departure from the series was announced to ensure his health and recovery, and the show's production will continue without him.
