A former Warner Bros. Entertainment manager, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, has filed a complaint alleging pregnancy discrimination and wrongful termination. According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Doe claims she was fired shortly after informing her supervisor of her pregnancy in November 2024. She alleges that her supervisor expressed concerns about her ability to perform her job duties while pregnant and subsequently began to scrutinize her work more intensely. Doe also claims that she was denied accommodations she requested, such as remote work options, and was ultimately terminated in December 2024 under the pretext of poor performance. Warner Bros. Entertainment has not yet responded to the allegations, but the lawsuit seeks damages for lost wages, emotional distress, and other related claims.
