The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, alleges that the assault occurred at a recording studio where she was invited by Combs. According to the lawsuit, Combs allegedly drugged and raped her, and then Jay-Z joined in the assault. The suit also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Arista Records, and Sony Music as defendants, claiming they enabled the environment where the abuse took place.
