  • That was the actor's only experience with drugs. Sursok, 41, is best known for her TV work here on Home and Away, playing Dani Sutherland on Home and Away soap from age 15 before heading to the US and landing roles on the likes of Hannah Montana, Pretty Little Liars and The Young and the Restless.

Tammin Sursok, known for her roles in "Pretty Little Liars" and "The Young and the Restless," recently shared a harrowing experience on her podcast, "Women on Top." She recounted a terrifying incident where she believed she was going to die after a piece of her tooth broke off and lodged in her throat while she was eating. This happened during a dinner with her husband, Sean McEwen, and their daughters. Sursok described the panic and fear she felt, thinking she might choke to death in front of her family. She managed to dislodge the tooth fragment by inducing vomiting, but the ordeal left her shaken, prompting her to reflect on life's fragility and the importance of cherishing every moment.
