Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, has publicly defended Skip Bayless, a prominent sports media personality, against allegations made by former Fox Sports employee, Tomi Lahren. Lahren claimed that Bayless was difficult to work with, describing him as "the most miserable human being" she had ever encountered. Portnoy, however, dismissed these allegations as "bullshit," asserting that Bayless has been nothing but supportive and kind to him. He highlighted Bayless's role in promoting Barstool Sports and even mentioned a personal favor Bayless did for him, suggesting that the negative portrayal of Bayless's character does not align with his own experiences. Portnoy's defense came in the wake of Lahren's comments on a podcast, where she discussed her challenging experiences working with Bayless.
