The ABC mainstay is setting the record straight regarding a lawsuit which accuses her husband of committing federal insurance fraud.

In a recent episode of "The View," co-host Ana Navarro addressed the ongoing lawsuit against her husband, Al Cárdenas, by former GOP Senate candidate Wendy Rogers. Rogers has accused Cárdenas of defamation, claiming he falsely stated she was involved in a scheme to pay for fraudulent signatures on her election petitions. Navarro clarified that the lawsuit is not about money but about defending her husband's integrity. She emphasized that Cárdenas, a respected figure in the Republican Party, has been targeted for speaking out against election fraud claims. Navarro also mentioned that the case is set to go to trial in June, and she expressed confidence in the legal process, stating that the truth would eventually come out.
