Justin Baldoni, his producing partner and publicists are suing Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and her publicist for defamation, extortion and more.

Justin Baldoni, known for his role in "Jane the Virgin," has initiated legal action against Blake Lively and the production company behind the film "It Ends With Us," which is an adaptation of Colleen Hoover's bestselling novel. Baldoni, who is both starring in and producing the film, alleges that Lively and the production team have breached their contract by making unauthorized changes to the script and casting decisions. The lawsuit claims that these alterations have significantly deviated from the original agreement, potentially jeopardizing the film's integrity and its alignment with the source material. Baldoni is seeking an injunction to halt production until the issues are resolved, along with unspecified damages. Representatives for Lively and the production company have not yet responded to the allegations.
