  • Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a defamation lawsuit against one of his accusers, their attorney and NewsNation. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Diddy, 55, filed the lawsuit in New York against Courtney Burgess and his attorney Ariel Mitchell on Wednesday,

Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a $50 million lawsuit against Diageo, alleging racial discrimination in the promotion and distribution of his liquor brands, Ciroc Vodka and DeLeon Tequila. Combs claims that Diageo has categorized his brands as "urban" or "Black" products, limiting their distribution and marketing efforts compared to other brands like Casamigos tequila, which he believes receive preferential treatment. He accuses Diageo of not fulfilling their promises to invest in and expand his brands, instead relegating them to "urban" markets. Combs is seeking not only financial compensation but also a court order to ensure Diageo adheres to their original partnership agreements. This legal action comes after Combs had previously expressed dissatisfaction with Diageo's handling of his brands, hinting at potential legal action if changes were not made.
