Influencer Lucy Guo sued for allegedly allowing child porn on her social media platform billed as OnlyFans 'minus the nudity'

High-flying "Miami party girl" and tech influencer Lucy Guo has been named in a class-action lawsuit alleging she and her subscription-based social media platform for influencers, Passes, knowingly recruited underage girls to create and distribute child pornography to members.

Lucy Guo, a tech entrepreneur and former co-founder of Scale AI, is facing a lawsuit for allegedly permitting child pornography on her social media platform, which she described as "OnlyFans minus the nudity." The platform, known as "The Clapper," was intended to be a safe space for content creators to share non-explicit content. However, the lawsuit claims that Guo and her company failed to implement adequate content moderation, leading to the presence of child pornography on the site. The plaintiff, a minor identified as Jane Doe, alleges that she was exposed to such material, causing her significant emotional distress. The suit also accuses Guo of negligence in not addressing the issue despite being aware of it, and seeks damages for the harm caused to the minor.
