WhatsApp Web Could Get a New 'Chat Media Hub' Upgrade

WhatsApp is reportedly developing a new feature called "chat media" for its web version, which will serve as a centralized hub for accessing all media shared within a conversation, including photos, videos, and links. This feature, discovered in the WhatsApp Web beta version 2.2353.59, aims to enhance user experience by providing quick and easy access to media content without having to scroll through the entire chat history. The chat media hub is expected to be accessible via a new button located in the top app bar, and it will display media in a grid layout for convenient browsing. While the feature is still under development and not yet available to beta testers, its introduction could significantly improve media management on WhatsApp Web.
