Users reported issues with game downloads, updates, and accessing previously purchased content. The outage began around 11:30 AM ET, and despite some services being restored, many players continued to face problems. Sony has acknowledged the issue, stating they are investigating and working on a fix, but as of the latest updates, the network was still experiencing intermittent issues, leaving many gamers frustrated and unable to use their consoles effectively.
