These ads often appear on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, promising unique, personalized products at attractive prices. However, consumers have reported issues such as receiving generic items instead of personalized ones, non-delivery of products, or being charged for items that never arrive. The BBB advises consumers to be cautious, check the legitimacy of the company through reviews and ratings, look for secure website indicators, and be wary of deals that seem too good to be true. They also recommend using credit cards for purchases to offer an additional layer of protection against fraudulent transactions.
