  • Streaming giant Netflix is expanding its anime catalogue with two manga-based anime series- 'Baban Baban Ban Vampire' and 'Sakamoto Days.'

Netflix is set to release two highly anticipated anime series on January 11, both adaptations of popular manga. "The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse" continues the saga from the original "The Seven Deadly Sins" series, focusing on a new prophecy and a young boy named Percival, who is destined to bring about the end of the world. Meanwhile, "Maboroshi" explores a unique narrative where time stands still in a town after an explosion at a steelworks, and follows the lives of its inhabitants, particularly a young boy named Masamune, who encounters a mysterious girl named Itsumi. Both series promise to deliver rich storytelling, complex characters, and visually stunning animation, catering to fans of the original manga and newcomers alike.
