ITV promotes Sam Tatlow MBE to Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

ITV has announced the promotion of Sam Tatlow MBE to the position of Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Previously serving as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Tatlow has been instrumental in driving ITV's DEI strategy, which includes initiatives like the Diversity Acceleration Plan aimed at increasing representation both on and off-screen. In her new role, she will continue to lead efforts to enhance diversity across all levels of the company, ensuring that ITV's content reflects the UK's diverse population. Her promotion comes at a time when ITV is intensifying its commitment to DEI, following the company's recent performance in the Creative Diversity Network’s Diamond report, where ITV was recognized for its progress in diversity. Tatlow's background includes significant experience in diversity and inclusion, having worked with various organizations to promote equality and having received an MBE for her services to diversity in broadcasting.
