Rogers Communications Inc. reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024, highlighting a year of significant growth and strategic advancements. The company saw a 5% increase in total service revenue, driven by strong performances in its Wireless, Cable, and Media segments. Wireless service revenue grew by 7%, supported by a 4% increase in the mobile phone subscriber base and higher ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). The Cable segment also performed well with a 2% revenue increase, attributed to growth in Internet subscribers. Media revenue, however, experienced a slight decline due to lower advertising sales, though this was partially offset by gains in sports and entertainment.
