Richard Britton displayed anti-Islamic and racist and sentiments on his social media account.
A man from New York, Patrick Dai, was arrested for posting threatening messages on a social media platform targeting Jewish students at Cornell University. The 21-year-old was charged with posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications. The messages, which included threats of violence and antisemitic slurs, were posted on a website affiliated with Cornell University. Dai, a junior at the university, was identified as the suspect after an investigation by the FBI and local police. He was taken into custody and is scheduled to appear in federal court. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of Jewish students on campus and the rise of antisemitism.
