The court, presided over by Justice Aisha Mahmud, clarified that the auction was legally conducted following due process. The controversy arose when the Pension Fund Trustees claimed that their properties were auctioned without proper legal procedure. However, Justice Mahmud ruled that the auction was in line with a court order from a previous case where the Trustees were found liable for the debt. The court emphasized that the auction was necessary to recover the owed amount, and all legal steps were followed, including public notices and adherence to judicial directives.
