Neil Gaiman, the renowned author of "Good Omens" and "The Sandman," has publicly denied allegations of sexual assault made by two women. In a statement to Rolling Stone, Gaiman refuted the claims, asserting that he has "never had non-consensual sex ever." One accuser, identified only as "K," alleges that Gaiman assaulted her in 2022 when she was 23, while another, Scarlett, claims she was groomed and assaulted by him starting in 2003 when she was 18. Gaiman described his relationship with Scarlett as consensual and loving, dismissing her allegations as a "horrible and hurtful" mischaracterization. He also mentioned that his interactions with "K" were limited to a few hours, suggesting her accusations might be influenced by her current mental health issues. The allegations have not led to any formal charges, and Gaiman's representatives have not responded to requests for comment.
