  • A British YouTuber and rapper known as Yung Filly admitted in an Australian court on Thursday to reckless driving while he was awaiting trial on charges of raping a woman three months ago.

British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipé Barrientos, admitted to driving under the influence of cannabis in a recent court appearance at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court. The incident occurred on June 7, 2021, when Filly was stopped by police in Islington, London, after they noticed his car swerving. He failed a roadside drug test, leading to his arrest. Filly, who has a significant following on social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram, pleaded guilty to the charge. His sentencing is scheduled for November 10, 2023, where he faces potential penalties including a driving ban, a fine, or community service. This legal trouble comes amidst his rising fame, particularly after his appearance on the Netflix show "Too Hot To Handle: Germany."
