Eric Barone, the creator of Stardew Valley, has announced that he is stepping back from social media to focus on the development of his upcoming game, Haunted Chocolatier, as well as to continue supporting Stardew Valley. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Barone expressed his gratitude for the support he has received and mentioned that he will be less active online to concentrate on his work. He reassured fans that he will still be present on social media but will be posting less frequently.
